Country Historical Plaza - this plaza is marked
by an opera area-several historical monuments and a cluster of
historical buildings including: The Old Red Courthouse, John
Neely Bryan Cabin, Kennedy Memorial and a terrazzo map of Dallas

Heritage
Farmstead - The Heritage Farmstead Museum
consists of an authentically resorted fourteen room 1895
Victorian farmhouse complete with all of its original

Neely Bryan Cabin - This small, restored log
structure is the home and trading post erected in 1841 by Dallas
founder, John Neely Bryan.
Old
Red Courthouse - Built in 1892 of red sandstone,
this is one of Dallas' oldest buildings which is home of the

Avenue Historic District - Local sightseeing
companies tour this grand boulevard from La Vista to Fitzhugh
Avenues. Features early 20th century mansions of various
styles including Italianate manors, prairie style and

Firefighters Museum - Vintage fire station
displays rare firefighting memorabilia, including a horse-drawn
